please let me know about a time in your life that you struggled but eventually overcame it ? I'll go 1st: When I was in High school I did really badly in 12th grade (the grade before university/ college ) and had to rewrite one subject to head to uni , that was a big embarrassing year , didnt see my friends as they were at uni , its kinda like society casted a shadow over me and it was dark and negative but I soldiered , went to extra classes worked really hard for my one exam and past the exam but oh boy did I celebrate and life kinda went back to normal but the relief and content inside my soul was unmatched. your turn!

Used to struggle with a low paying job when I was younger and thankfully ended up moving past that and on to better times. From large credit card debt to dealing with personal issues and also having art block, it felt awful and like I was against the wall every day while having to borrow money constantly. Felt good to move on since we have kids and not worry about money anymore. Fast forward to this year and I feel like I'm in the same space unfortunately since I'm a full time artist. Looking for work that will offer the stability needed but yeah, lots of heavy breathing now and trying to figure things out. We still march onward and try our best tho ❀️‍πŸ”₯

I remember one of the whole group did not pass the chemistry exam the first time, I was so ashamed and uncomfortable in front of all the guys! I pulled myself together and retook the test 2 days later!

I also want to share about this sir. when I was in high school I made a lot of friends. they are also the reason I didn't finish school. I only got vices from them so when I stopped studying I worked hard to approach life. because of my discretion I was also able to find a good job.

Was addicted to pornography for most my life -- roughly 12 yrs old to my late 20's. Will spare the many details, but God helped me realize I was free about 4 years ago and it changed everything.

I couldn't read while I was in grade 2, but my mathematical sense is top notch. Was promoted but my mom wasn't satisfied, on the resumption of a new calender year, I was asked to retake the grade 2. That single act change the story of my life and here I am today reading and writing.

That’s an amazing success story! I can relate because I had a similar experience in college. I’ve also shared one of my struggles.

I've shared mine before, but I'll share it again in summarized fashion. I have struggled with addiction most of my adult life. Spent many years addicted to heroin and other hard drugs, basically homeless and moving from place to place constantly. After a really tough arrest, I started turning my life around. Got clean, rebuilt a career, married my best friend from high school, and found renewed focus in life. The biggest lesson that I've learned from all of it is how quickly things can go wrong. You can spend 10 years to build your /success and lose it in 5 minutes from a poor decision.

oh man congratulations!! I love to hear this!!! 5 years ago, I was in the hospital, I was clinically dead for like 35 seconds, and then when I was released from the hospital, the doctors said that there was a high chance that I would never walk again, I said fuck that, and healed myself. now on a good day I can do a 14 km hike, and on a bad day I can do at least 1-2 km, just goes to show that everything is in the mind!

My Turn : My failure to get a job where my wife is due to give birth next month. I tried to sell my last asset and make it a trading capital, and it worked. Up to the point where I got a job. And until now I am still working for the future of my children. β˜•πŸ₯³

When I think about this question I don't see any kind of sickness or school struggles or maybe I was strong enough that I didn't count my problems as a struggle! Idk But the only thing that hit me hard and I can say that I never recovered completely was my mom's death (when I was 18) I put on a brave face for my sisters and bros but it broke me! As she was my only parent (farther left when I was born) She was my whole wrold (mom/dad/bff) in short she was my life the reason for me breathing and existing and living After 15 years I still feel her empty place in my life and I know I can never fill that emptiness with anything or anyone But I survived it and it's all I can say (idk if it counts for overcoming)

I suffered from a herniated disc for about 6 months. I couldn't walk with my back straight, and since surgery at a young age is not good, I continued to receive hospital treatment and exercise. Now I'm completely cured and I'm healthy. 300 $farther

I was an athlete before, got a lot of medals when I was in grade school but when I went to high school it was a tough competition. I wanted to quit since whatever effort I did in practice I couldn't still win any events. But luckily when I turned to Junior and Senior years that's the time that I was able to compete with the others and was able to compete in the Nationals and won a medal. It seems that all my efforts were not wasted I'm just too impatient.
