I looked at X again. I find the lazy arrogance of the “elite” posters to be mindless at best, banal on average, and inflammatory at worst; all with no apparent contribution to humanity and all for their own ego.

Farcaster is still lovely.

Tradfi coder by day, hacker by night. Doesn’t know night from day. Freelance scribe. Dad cook. Dog butler.  Happy Grandpa. Draws badly.

Tbh I was thinking about how many times I encounter racial slurs in other platforms , a lot. How many times in farcaster? 0 , we too busy building to engage in hate filled content

It’s my personal experience in web 3. I’ve been here a decade. I’ve met several people , groupings around the world. 

Only the nft, shitcoin community have a ton of racially charged stuff, the people too but here I’ve never encountered someone or content either in farcaster to date. Maybe I don’t follow enough people but idk it feels more accepting here. I’ve only been here since April I think. But so far so good ☀️

Love that you feel like that here.  Those are the people I want to be around.
