I will grill it with salt and pepper from Italy🤤 I like to taste the meat more than the seasoning.

How does one obtain Italian salt and pepper? I also do very much agree about tasting the meat. Lamb is my favorite food and I wouldn’t over do seasoning. I typically go for salt and lemon pepper.
