What is an LST (Liquid Staking Token)? 🤔 Liquid staking was introduced in an attempt to bring more capital efficiency to staked tokens. When users stake their cryptocurrencies, they receive LSTs in return, which represent their staked assets. LSTs can be traded, transferred, or used in various DeFi (Decentralized Finance) applications, providing liquidity for the staked assets.
