is anyone addressing the fact that 4337 bundlers have fairly opaque rules for their gas fee markets? we're integrating with a few bundler providers for the purposes of multichain coverage and redundancy, and I'm seeing different bundlers have different priority fee floors and required amounts of base fee padding

sure, some bundlers have special RPC endpoints to address this like rundler_maxPriorityFeePerGas and pimlico_getUserOperationGasPrice - but what if I want to seamlessly failover between these two? it feels like there is a need for standardizing a way for a bundler to communicate gas pricing rules to a wallet

as a wallet, what i really care about is: * what's the current minimum amount of padding (% based) to the base fee the bundler will accept * what is the current minimum priority fee the bundler will accept otherwise, i think we'd prefer to maintain more control around the actual value of maxFeePerGas we're using.
