This is a difficult question. Sometimes there are such moments of despair that nothing motivates you. But what I know for sure is that moments of despair should not turn into days of depression. In general, forget about such a concept as depression, it should not be in your life. It is better to express your pain to a close person, ask for support in a difficult moment and then you will definitely feel better.
