It’s not a magic stick that will make you instant "free internet money". It’s a **revolution against censorship and authoritarian control**. If you’ve never had your account suspended or blocked without reason, you might not fully grasp why decentralization is important. But for those who have, having a platform where **you own and control your content** is a game-changer.

That said, building a social platform is **hard**. The **network effect is real**, you can’t just tell people to abandon the platforms they’ve used their whole lives and start fresh somewhere else overnight. Many don’t feel the immediate need for a decentralized alternative, which is why **awareness is key**. It takes time, but the goal is to help people understand why platforms like Lens matter.
