The worst part of being a parent of two or more children is managing your mood towards your children as individuals with different issues. Each of them lives different lives and for each of them a difficult day can be the best day ever for another. It is not easy to go from disappointment to happiness in such a short period of time, sometimes even in the same day. You have to understand that if they can abandon themselves to sadness or happiness in total freedom without feeling guilty, for us parents, every pain of theirs is our pain, and every joy of theirs is our joy. We have the duty to suffer for a broken heart and to rejoice for a success in such a short time that it seems overwhelming.
