It has become clear some tippers are engaging in short-term extractive behavior. So beginning within the next day, new restrictions will be enforced:

1. Tips to other tippers won't count toward your tipper score.
2. Within a 7 day rolling window...
  - a max of 15% of allowance can be given to other tippers
  - a max of 15% of allowance can be given to the same user

These changes will benefit honest tippers and hopefully drive more value to underrated users who haven't heard of Farther, which is ultimately the biggest thing that can grow this project over the long term.

Definitely a sad turn of events, project seems dead. Hopefully you can recover it. 

My suggestion would be to use the treasury to reward long standing farther supporters. Breed some life back into the project. Give back, instead of restricting the flow. 

Incentivise people to stay because right now the exit door is reaching capacity.
