the last few nights as i am closing my eyes to begin my slumber, interesting imagery(designs) and ideas keep flashing thru my mind itโ€™s incredibly unfortunate because i know i wont recall the imagery or ideas when i awake in the morning AND i dont want to resort to using any electronic devices to capture these things i guess i just need to keep a notepad at my bedside ๐Ÿ™‚

๐Ÿซก You blame it on that? Iโ€™m not officially diagnosed but have been self-diagnosed for many many years

EDITED: I def do. My mind is loudest at night. I was only just diagnosed (am in my 30s) but had a long journey with talk therapy, so I had some tools already when it happened to click. I find a legit journal does help fwiw. And in general Iโ€™m a fan of noise when I sleep to help keep my brain anchored

(originally replied to your unedited cast): Oh, for me, my ideas or mind noise at night all resonate as ideas Iโ€™ll use in my artworks so I want to capture them for that.. Iโ€™m in my late 30s.. oh and I do sleep with ocean sounds or rainfall loops at this point, so got that base covered! Helps me stay sleeping longer and cover up any city noises that would typically wake me up I donโ€™t think being officially diagnosed would be of any benefit to me at this point really because I donโ€™t want to be prescribed anything for it anyway.. I have just been trying to figure out how to adapt, or fix the attentional issues with mindfulness and attention exercises
