Anyone here doing F45? I’ve been at it 4-6 days per week for almost 4 months and I am loving it. Highly recommend.

I tried it once and enjoyed it, but I over did it and haven’t been back, I did like the style and the energy more than other bootcamp workouts I’ve done in NYC before

yeah - I think it's easy to end up overdoing it. The cardio days all have enough weights to keep you from fully recovering from your resistance workouts I think. But i've been more consistent doing F45 than anything i've done before. Cross Fit kind of bugged me...
