Lula kebab on the grill.
Lambpork 1 kg, fat tail fat 300 g, onion 400 g, bunch of greens, lemon juice 2 tbsp, salt, spices.
Grind the meat, lard, and onion in a blenderpass through a meat grinder 2 times. Add spices, lemon juice, finely chopped herbs. Beat the mixture well and cool. Form kebab around skewer. Fry for 10 minutes. ALL))
