Memcoins were here before tokens appeared, each growth cycle they will become even more popular, but specific trends, forms, etc. will change. Btw, NFTs too, just NFTs are more complicated, they still need to develop a diverse infrastructure, including a certain culture. Memcoins are much simpler.
