We are Instituto Para Niños Ciegos y Sordos (Institute For Deaf and Blind Kids)- an NGO that has been around for 84 years working for the rehabilitation and empowerment of the population with visual and auditory difficulties in the Valle del Cauca, Colombia. 

We are excited to be hear learning more about the blockchain, and how we can use it to raise awareness about the challenges faced by children with hearing and visual impairments, while creating innovative revenue streams for the institute.

We are Cultura INCS, an initiative to promote the potential of children with visual and hearing impaired at Instituto para Niños Ciegos y Sordos (since 1940)
