GRAMERCY!!! It's <15 mins from anywhere you want to be, quiet / charming AF, and great running routes on west side / east river! @skerskerr.eth will say williamsburg tho

Go on street easy, pop in your price range, and look up places in each of these neighborhoods. Make different searches for each neighborhood. You’ll notice how in some areas, no places include a washer dryer. Other areas will all be small (like, really small) and old. This will help you a lot to narrow it down.
