What is your cadence for upgrading Apple Watch? Every 3 years?

In general, 3 years sounds about right... That said, the Ultra (or Ultra 2) is worth the upgrade IMO. I've loved the look & feel, seems like more than just a cool tech accessory (in addition to being a cool tech accessory)
