Tip you maybe haven't heard: Fill the mug w/ your shots and a bit of milk. swirl. slam the milk pitcher down a few times and swirl to get the bubbles out, then finish. seems to set a nice base w/ the 1/2 full mug, and getting the air bubbles out of the rest of the milk makes for a more controlled pour. have fun!
