You can tip any token always, for the most part. That's just a transfer, after all.

What you really want is "degen style" tipping wherein the money issued comes from a treasury and not from your own wallet. Delegated venture capital, of sorts.

That's rare, hard to recreate, and not in Moxie's roadmap. Their emissions are slated for top-down rewards, not EV+ tipping model (which is a pain in the ass anyway).

(no doubt floaties will support moxie tipping eventually)
