Wanted to write a quick reflection on my power badge hunt these couple of months. I'm a really competitive person, so this whole power badge thing has become like a game to me; a game I must beat. Almost like an addiction. Won't stop until I get it - that was the mindset. But, I realized it was taking my happiness away, instead of casting for fun I started casting in order to get the badge, which completely misses the point of Farcaster. Even if I get the badge, I'll still cast the same content I usually do. You don't need a badge to tell you who you are and what you can provide to other people. I still think I deserve the badge, but realizing it's really not the most important thing, helped me ease my dissapointment. There is nothing wrong in pursuing your goals, but don't ever get caught up in the grind so much, you forget to actually live and enjoy yourself. π

The most important sentence is that last one. There's power in goals but never become a product because of it! More power to you.

Absolutely man! Sometimes we get so narrow-sighted we forget those things, need to remind ourselves every once in a while π€π» π x 69

You know it and thatβs part of the struggle for some, they simply donβt see how itβs really affecting them. Cheers homie, thank you!
