chatgpt 4o just reference personal information about me which it shouldn’t have

when prompted how it got that info it deleted its memory and said it didn’t have any info…That it was a mistake in both facts and the way it phrased the statement

anyone else starting to feel that ChatGPT is keeping full memory banks about us and inferring real information? 

Should I be concerned?

fck gpt, claude is superior in everyway just made the switch today
