Slop—whether AI-produced or bulk-sent with automated drip follow-ups—is a way harder problem

Separating signal from slop is possible with AI. But AI is also being used to generate even more convincing slop

I like this term. I can instantly tell when an email is spam. Google is also great at catching it but they’ve had 20 years to figure it out. 

I have a much harder time telling if I’m talking to an AI account or a non native English speaker who is trying their best.
