y'all split up base and degen and more of the shitcoining / onchain casino activity is being redirected to the L3 with the appropriate naming L2 super chain thesis -> L3 super chain thesis?

will play out at both L2 and L3 L2s are going to be societal economic zones, likely operating at the scale of nation states today L3s are going to be smaller (but still big!) app economic zones that benefit from operating inside a larger economy both benefit from interoperability + connectivity
