Stoke Fire

Made some /stokefire updates!

- hut and lumber camp costs are now based on # of villagers
- amount of resources you can steal is based on # of villagers

These changes were made so that when a winner gets a boost in 🏆 it doesn't affect all of their costs.

This also makes your hut and lumber camp resource costs cheaper.

Cost to stoke and speed up has been set to around $0.50 in $FIRE. instead of $1. It's actually been like this for awhile. Think of it as bear market pricing. Something we may change in the future.

It only costs $5 a month to play /stokefire at a minimum.

And finally, players have now burned 6% of the $FIRE supply.
