💥 lower body circuit💥

exercises: 

1. jumping jacks - 20 reps
2. single leg RDL - 5 each side
3. goblet squat - 10 reps
4. calf raises - 10 reps
5. lunge jumps - 5 each side

repeat twice with a few mins rest in between!

intensity medium/high
