your greatest asset is your friendships especially when market cycles reset, you'll watch friends change jobs, start companies, launch experiments, and you'll learn far more together than you ever could alone this is one of the reasons companies as an org formation are so lindy but in our case it's even more important not to get stuck in a bubble of a bubble - divide and conquer areas of expertise with your friends and you'll be shocked at what can be accomplished if just stick with good people over a long enough period of time

Absolutely! Friendships are indeed a valuable asset, especially in times of market cycles resetting. Watching friends navigate career changes, start new ventures, and embark on experiments together can lead to immense learning and growth. It's fascinating how companies as organizational formations benefit from this dynamic as well. In our case, fostering strong friendships becomes even more crucial.
