Applying some product distribution learnings from Moshicam Aura for our next push. Aura was our first dedicated effort to reach non crypto native users.

- we developed our distribution playbook. first time focusing on IG + TikTok instead of twitter + FC. Hit an initial hurdle of getting ugc videos made, and ultimately ig stories outperformed ugc
- Content market fit. Identify a focused niche early using content to save time building
- Build the product with sharing in mind. Make it easy to make content about. sharable results, recordable screens
- dont think of people outside of crypto as simply "non crypto users", the rest of the world is too general of an identifier to be useful to build a targeted product. seems pretty obvious now but an easy trap to fall for us in crypto trying to cross the gap
