Those MACK trucks are really incredible, not much seen in Europe but where I am from time to time I see one, those are really road beasts

I certainly suppose that these models are even a little outdated for the type of trucks used in Europe, but they are still a type of vehicle that leaves its mark wherever it is presented, as you say, they are beasts of the road.
