We can agree he’s having a better season than Yamal. And if Dembélé wins the Champions League, he should absolutely be the frontrunner for the Ballon d’Or.

Right now, he even has the highest probability of winning it.

We all know the Ballon d’Or is a popularity prize. Whether Dembélé wins the UCL or not, Lamine is going to win. The only doubt is whether people will vote for him because of his age?

I seriously doubt the chances of dembele winning the UCL, even if he does win the UCL, considering that Lamine won the domestic treble and had an amazing performance in big games
