The Bull market is much harder than bear 

I planned to get off the market, before elections, thought top would  be around there 

In December I planned to quit before Trump is in a Whitehouse 

Now I think the top will be somewhere in Q1, maybe I will be wrong again

There is no chance to exit ideally, DCA your profits during pumps, withdraw some profits into stablecoins, while always adopt to the current market conditions
