LOTR for me.

I had no idea there was even an argument about the movies, just the books. And I never read a Harry Potter book. But the LOTR Trilogy is on the Star Wars level. The Harry Potter films are on par with the current wave of superhero movie franchises, waaay below, in my opinion.
