fyi anyone that's on or considering the .fi domain extension, get off their account recovery system is incredibly flawed, main reason we moved to .xyz as our main domain a few years back

It’s happened with namecheap and others too. There is no solution to this right now. They will learn with time. We use 2fa and passkeys on our accs. Social engineering is another vector of an attack but after this incident I hope they will improve.
