This 2,300 year old dodecahedral jade block is inscribed with some of the earliest instructions on breathwork and meditation in East Asia. These instructions have been titled 行氣玉銘 "Jade Inscription on Breathwork [or Circulating Qi]".

This object is so old that it's unclear what it was used for. Some think it may have been the top of a walking stick. Others that may have been a pendant or attached to a belt.
