According to section 305, subsection 6(B) of Nigeria's constitution:  if the president declares a state of emergency in a state, the National Assembly has only but two days of being in session to approve it by two-third majority of both chambers (Senate and House Of Reps). Now, see the game: Today's sitting has passed, but House of reps couldn't approve it. Why? Out of 360 members of House Of Reps, only 78 members came to chambers today. (A deliberate act😂).
