The immediate past Head Of Service who resigned last week, was tricked to come Abuja for a meeting yesterday, only to arrive and was forced by Wike's men inside one room to address the press and to level allegations against Gov Fubara of stealing 15 billion naira, demolishing House Of Assembly and as well planning to blow-up oil pipelines with militants.
