We're trying something new to combat SPAM in the HAM channel. 

In order to cast embedded content like images, frames, or links. You will need to meet ONE of the following requirements:

1. Have a power badge
2. Hold a Based LP NFT
3. Hold at least 250,000 $TN100x

Sounds like a good idea.
