Had a bit of a scare today toads and it put life into perspective… I’m ok and nothing too bad but ya… opened my eyes a bit. Make sure to touch grass… limit stress in your lives, tell your family and those close to you you love them every chance you get. Life is short, enjoy every bit of it toads. Toby or not toby… Life and love comes first regardless. Love you guys. Stay Bushido and above all else, take care of yourselves and your health!

Ya man, thanks for the prayers, but no worries my fam is fine and it was me… been under a lot of stress due to work last few months… busy busy…. not taking time for myself, not getting enough sleep… and wham… it hit me. All good though, nothing life threatening but def a wake up call to take better mental and health care for myself. I tend to obsess over thing and just go go go… and sometimes I hit a brick wall…
