How do I handle the fact that deposited degen hasn't arrived in five hours?

make sure you refresh the page, sometimes it can take a few refreshes for it to appear. 

there is a known bug that if you're trying with lots of browser wallets installed some of them can interfere with the wrapping step so try disabling them too!

I keep refreshing, I'm using it on my phone and it's been 20 hours now and I still can't see the balance, can you help with this?
