I’ve eaten a lot of pizza in my life — from NYC to Napoli to Tokyo and beyond. 

I can soundly say I had one of the top 3 pizza’s I’ve ever had in my life last night at this place vice versa in Miami. It’s Napoli style and they do the thing they do right in Tokyo by heavily salting the crust and making neapolitan style with a crunch instead of a sag. 

The restaurant itself is a classy cocktail bar that just happens to specialize in pizza. We had one with Japanese sweet potatoes and guanciale and I’m still dreaming about it. Will have to go back and take some pics. Was too busy enjoying it!

Best pizza for me was at SAVOY Azabujuban in Tokyo.

In the evening, the lake reflects the sunset, and the water turns orange and red, like a burning fire, extremely beautiful.
