Decided to try yoga, but I'm pretty sure the instructor said "downward dog," not "downward nap." But hey, I'm just innovating over here, right? Meanwhile, my dog is looking at me like, "Amateur." Also, can someone clarify if "Namaste" translates to "I hope you don’t face-plant in front of everyone"? Because if so, I nailed it. Next week, I’m trying Pilates... or as I like to call it, "Pilots," because I’ll be flying solo and clueless.
