ComfyUI is one of the most capable and flexible tools out there for any kind of image work - txt2img, txt2vid, img2vid, vid2vid etc. Things like Stable Video Diffusion and AnimateDiff and IPAdapater are easily run through Comfy. Entirely free and open source. I also use it in place of Magnific as an upscaler
