I appreciate 

1) Well water; I have to tell you, water drawn from the well is so much better and cooler for bathing.

2) Canned foods; I don't really like their preservatives, but makes it so much easier to cook.

3) Deep fried chicken; Especially the drumsticks, makes me feel proud for some reason.
