L.S.D breathing: there is this misconception that breathing well means breathing big breaths - but according to the Buteyko method we should be breathing less, slower and deeper 1\. Less - most people are actually over breathers and this has the big drawback of keeping your system more agitated than it should and getting you tired over time. a good part of the Buteyko approach is to get used to breathing less 2\.
