The price of Bitcoin reached more than 66 thousand dollars, which is considered the highest price in the last two months.  This price increase coincided with the best week for the Shanghai stock index since 2008.  US Personal Consumption Expenditure (PCE) data was also in line with expectations.  Markets are calling for a 50 basis point rate cut at the next Federal Reserve meeting in November.  Analysts believe that the ratio of long to short positions in Bitcoin is at a very low level, which could be a sign of future price increases.  However, any investment decision should be accompanied by adequate research.
