I've slowly been getting my body back into shape over the last year and a half. I let the grind of work & ankle surgery destroy my posture & overall body/mental health. So I stuck to a routine of crossfit + a book to guide my lifts called Becoming a Supple Leopard. This has been a long journey, but now I'm feeling healthy again & and I'm happy to start working on getting my technique back in muay thai/boxing. Cheers πŸ”Œβš‘οΈπŸ‘Ύ
