PSA Permissionless sign ups are still a couple weeks out. 1. Turn off invites tomorrow 2. OP Mainnet migration on Tuesday August 29 3. Monitor how things go post-migration for a couple weeks 4. Turn off sign up gating, i.e. permissionless sign ups
