Here are some ideas on how to make the /BUILD nominations game more effective at recognizing active onchain builders @macedo :

    * Value of contributions in terms of code, documentation, community engagement, etc.
    * Evidence of impact on the project or ecosystem.

* Bonus $BUILD tokens for successful nominations.
    * Recognition for individuals who actively participate in the community.

* Transparency and Accountability: Implement a transparent nomination and voting system with clear rules and accountability measures. 
* Reward Systems: Incentivize active participation in the nomination process, such as:

* Recognize Contributions Across Different Chains:  Don't limit the scope to just one specific chain. Allow for nominations and recognition of builders across multiple chains and projects.

2. Expand the Recognition Scope:

* Recognize Different Types of Builders: Include contributions beyond just developers. This could include:
    * Community managers
    * Content creators
    * Educators
    * Project leads
    * Marketers
