Congrats to everyone involved in Dencun & 4844! However, I'm still a bit worried about scalability... I'm seeing a 8x improvement here, 4x there etc... but where is dynamic/vertical scaling a la scalable web apps? Won't Ethereum + L2s simply saturate until fees are high again? Will L3s etc solve this problem?
