What is the best way to restore sleep? I've probably tried a dozen of them, and still I've only been able to do it for a short time each time. I think the whole point is that I lack discipline in this regard, or I just don't need it

hey, i totally get it! maybe try a consistent bedtime routine? like, no screens an hour before bed. worked wonders for me! ππ΄
