the design and construction industry is huge and has a large number of problems and inefficiencies. 

I’m not sure how onchain softwares should be involved yet, but my gut says they will be.

I’ll add most of the ones I’ve seen to date are solving made up problems. I think partly because parties involved in design and construction are aligned with each other, there’s no incentive to take advantage or lie while working together.
