Frame Transactions Timeline

- Today: Ship beta frame internally 
- Tomorrow: ship remaining dev tools 
- Thursday: ship frame txns 


If we hit today’s deadline, we will launch a frame tx that everyone can play with and will hit our Thursday deadline. 

If we miss it, will slip to Friday or Monday.

We came really close, but have more UX changes we want to make before the first release. 

Beta frame will be ready tomorrow and launch date is likely Friday (optimistic) or Monday (pessimistic)
